Reward System ([LEGAL OPERATOR INFORMATION REQUIRED]) operates a referral program in which individuals may refer qualified professional drivers for opportunities in Germany. Participating as a referrer does not create an employment relationship with Reward System.

Referrals are submitted through the official referral form with basic contact information only. Referrers must not submit personal documents or sensitive identification information.

A referral becomes eligible for payment only after the applicable successful-placement conditions are fulfilled. These currently include the driver signing the employment contract, completing any required in-person company/workplace visit, and officially starting work. Exact conditions may depend on the placement and are confirmed during referral registration. Submission alone creates no reward entitlement.

Fast payout: 10% of the referred driver's gross monthly salary, paid once after the referral becomes eligible.

Extended payout: 11% of the referred driver's gross monthly salary in total, paid across 10 monthly payments. This is 11% in total, not 11% per month.

If the same driver is referred by more than one person, the reward is assigned to the first valid and documented referral received by Reward System.

Current payment methods are PayPal, Whish, OMT and Cryptocurrency. Availability depends on applicable requirements and confirmation; not every method may be available to every person. Payment details may be requested when a reward becomes payable.

Reward System may verify referral information, referrer identity and eligibility before processing a reward, as permitted by law.

Reward System does not guarantee employment for referred drivers, any salary level, or any reward income for referrers. Positions and their availability vary.

Reward System is responsible for its own services and processing as required by applicable law. Employers are responsible for their own employment decisions and employment relationships. Payment providers are responsible for their payment services. Referrers are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they submit.

Referrals based on inaccurate, fraudulent or unlawfully obtained information may be rejected and rewards withheld. Spam, mass messaging, scraping private data, impersonating employers, misrepresenting salaries or pressuring people is prohibited.

The program operates subject to applicable law. Reward System may change the program, including reward structures, for future referrals; changes will be published on this website.
