To review and process referrals, contact referred drivers through the appropriate process, manage recruitment and placement, administer referral rewards, respond to training requests, and operate and secure the website.

We collect only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Referrers are not asked to upload passports, IDs, licences, Code 95 documents, tachograph documents or employment documents, and should not do so.

You should only submit another person's contact information where you have an appropriate basis to do so, for example because they have indicated interest in a driving opportunity or agreed to be referred.

We do not sell personal information and do not publish it. We do not intentionally disclose referral information to unrelated parties.

Information may be shared where necessary for processing the referral, recruitment and placement (including with prospective employers), with necessary service providers that support our operations, and where required by legal obligations.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.
