Submit the referral
You provide the basic contact information through our official referral form.

We review
Our team takes over the recruitment, screening, matching and placement process.

Driver completes the process
The driver must meet the applicable requirements, complete the recruitment process and successfully join an employer.

Referral becomes eligible
A referral becomes eligible for payment when the applicable successful-placement conditions have been fulfilled.

You receive your reward
The reward is processed according to the applicable payout structure and payment method.
Reward
Standard
10% of the driver's gross monthly salary, paid once.
Extended
11% TOTAL reward paid across 10 monthly payments.
When is a referral successful?
A referral becomes eligible for payment after the applicable successful-placement conditions are fulfilled. Current conditions include:
- Driver signs the employment contract.
- Driver completes any required in-person company/workplace visit.
- Driver officially starts working.
The exact applicable conditions may depend on the placement and should be confirmed during referral registration. Submitting a driver's information alone does not create a reward entitlement.
First valid referral wins
If the same driver is submitted by multiple people, the reward is assigned to the first valid and documented referral received by Reward System.
